Our Services

Aurora Wellness Rediscovery Center (Aurora WRC), IOP offers focus on comprehensive social media and mental health treatment addressing the individual’s well-being as a whole, from emotional and psychological needs to substance dependency. Our program is designed to provide structured support and therapy to work on primary co-occurring disorders until signs are in lasting remission.  At Aurora WRC we offer support such as individual and group therapy, tele-health, social media withdrawal support, midlife crisis support, behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and solution focused brief therapy.  We also help clients rediscover their power forward-thinking with proven life coaching techniques and mindfulness training.

Aurora Wellness Rediscovery Center’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) combined with Social Media Health Support (SMHS) offers a holistic approach to personal life balance by providing comprehensive mental health care and health awareness and practices using accessible support resources. Our IOP empowers individuals to address mental health challenges effectively through evidence-based therapies while accommodating their daily commitments. Additionally, our SMHS platform extends support beyond traditional therapy sessions, providing educational guidance on healthy virtual community use where individuals can connect, share experiences, and access resources at their convenience without abusing the social media platforms. By combining these services, individuals can achieve greater balance in their personal lives by receiving tailored treatment, ongoing support, and community engagement that promotes healing, resilience, and overall well-being.

 

Keep in mind that treatment is not over after our program concludes. Client recovery is a part of one’s life journey that must become a part of their daily routine to make it sustainable and practical. Aurora WRC wants our clients to seek long life recovery programed into reliable aftercare that is appropriate.  We look forward to supporting with referral recommendations for AA meetings, therapy, psychiatry as well as medical care when/where applicable.

Substance Use Education

A therapeutic program designed for anger prevention and control. The overall goal of anger management is to reduce the individuals’ emotional and physiological arousal that anger causes.

Anger Management

Small, informal gatherings of individuals with shared experiences or challenges, who come together to provide mutual support, guidance, and encouragement to one another.

Self-Help Groups

A support group designed to provide parents with knowledge, strategies, and resources to enhance their parenting abilities and address various challenges they may face in raising children.

Parenting Skills Group

A group that provides support and strategies to individuals recovering from addiction, helping them identify triggers, develop coping skills, and maintain sobriety.

Relapse Prevention Group

A supportive community dedicated to educating individuals about the dynamics of domestic violence and empowering them with knowledge and resources for prevention and intervention.

Domestic Violence Education Group

A safe and confidential space where individuals and families can explore and address emotional, behavioral, and relational issues with the guidance of a trained therapist.

Individual and Family Counseling

Supportive gatherings where individuals come together to share experiences, encouragement, and strategies for building and maintaining confidence. 

Self-Confidence Group

Supplementary support, such as connecting clients with community resources, to address their broader needs and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Collateral Services

A range of resources and support, including career counseling, skills assessment, training, and job search assistance, all aimed at helping individuals find employment opportunities that align with their abilities and aspirations.
